Upcoming UTEX Holiday Closure: U.S. Memorial Day
UTEX will be closed on Monday, May 28th, in observance of the US Holiday, Memorial Day. Orders scheduled to ship that week will be sent out on Tuesday, May 29th, and Algae Express orders placed on Monday, May 28th, will not be processed until Tuesday (29th).
Help Schedule UTEX's Next Algal Training Workshop!
We are asking for your help in determining the best time to hold our Summer Algal Training Workshop. The survey (link below) only takes a few minutes and your input will assist us in scheduling the workshop when a majority of you all are available to attend.

The UTEX website will be undergoing scheduled maintenance this Friday, May 4th between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST. Although we do not expect the site to be unavailable for the full 2 hours reserved, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Scheduled Website Maintenance: February 1, 2018 | 12:00-1:00 AM CST
The UTEX website will have scheduled maintenance performed on Thursday, February 1st between 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM CST. We do not expect it to take more than an hour and apologize for any inconveniences experienced during this.
Severe Winter Weather Closure: January 16, 2018
Due to the threat of severe winter weather, UTEX will be closed Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Orders scheduled to ship this week will be sent out on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
2018 Price Increase Notification
Beginning February 1, 2018, UTEX will need to increase the prices on our Living Algal Strains, Algae Express Strains, and Bulk Microalgae to help keep up with inflation and increasing shipping costs.

UTEX will be closed on Monday, January 15th, in observance of the US Holiday, Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Day. Orders scheduled to ship that week will be sent out on Tuesday, January 16th, and Algae Express orders placed on Monday, January 15th, will not be processed until Tuesday (16th).
