Chu Stock Solution Recipe
Directions
For 1 L Total
- Add each of the components in the order specified while stirring continuously.
- Bring total volume to 1 Liter with dH2O.
- Dispense into 10 mL volumes and autoclave.
- Store at refrigerator temperature
