Algal Trace Elements Solution for WC Medium.

For 1 L Total

  1. To approximately 950 mL of dH2O, first dissolve EDTA and then add the remaining components in order.
  2. Transfer the contents of the beaker to a 1-Liter graduated cylinder and bring the total volume to 1 Liter with dH2O.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.
