Liver Extract Infusion Component Recipe
Directions
For 50 mL Total
- To approximately 40 mL of dH2O, add 2.5 g of BACTO LIVER while stirring continuously.
- Bring the total volume to 50 mL with dH2O.
- Cover the flask, and place it into a 50 °C water bath for approximately 1 hour.
- Transfer the flask into an 80 °C water bath for 3-5 minutes.
- Filter extract.
