During this time there may be issues creating tickets when sending messages to the support email address: info.utex@utexas.edu. While you can still send messages to the email, there may be a delay in a response since they would not be sorted and assigned to UTEX staff automatically. However, this does not affect messages/tickets that are submitted through the Help Desk website directly: https://utex.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
