It has come to our attention that customers using the Microsoft Outlook desktop app are receiving order confirmation emails that appear blank. However, when viewing the email through the Outlook Web App, it is rendered correctly.
Microsoft has been notified about this issue. They confirmed that this started yesterday (9/19/2022) and that it seems to be affecting e-commerce stores using Shopify.
If you are receiving emails from us that are blank, please try viewing the email through the Outlook web portal rather than through the desktop app. We are also available through our help desk to assist you with any issues.
